1. Shipping & Delivery
Once we have received your order, we will proceed to process your request. If the order is made before 11.00a.m on a working day, we will immediate deduct the appropriate number of points from account, and begin fulfilling your order. If the order is made after 11.00a.m, your order will start to be processed at 10.00a.m on the next working day.
From the time the order is processed it will take 2-5 days for your shipment to arrive, depending on your location.
Your order will be delivered to the address you provide when you register with redONE. If we cannot successfully deliver your order, the shipping company may require that you collect the shipment yourself from a local representative office. If in the event the Products cannot be delivered despite the best efforts of redONE and the shipping company, your shipment will be sent to the nearest redONE regional office, and all shipping costs will be charged to you and deducted from your e-wallet in the following month.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If any of the products are found to be missing or damaged, you must notify us in writing (with pictures if possible) within seven (7) days of receiving the shipment. Any reports or complaints made after this period will not be entertained.
