How to top-up points from e-wallet
Step by step guidance
1. Go to My Account
2. Click Top-Up Wallet
3. Input Top-Up Points Amount
4. Select Top-Up Now
5. Confirm the E-wallet deduction Confirmation
2. How To Redeem
You will first need to log in using your redONE Sales ID. The password will also the same as the one you use when logging in to the redONE Agent Portal (AMS).
Once you have logged in, you will be able to redeem your points in return for redSHOP merchandise by following 8 simple steps:
The minimum amount that you must redeem to submit an order is currently 50 points. This minimum amount is needed to justify the shipping costs, for which you will not be charged any additional amount (all prices include shipping). If you do not have sufficient points available for redemption, you can simply top-up your points using your e-wallet funds.
